Education and Certifications

Heather Parkinson is a Senior Fellow with the American Leadership Foundation, and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Washington (State) University is in Political Economics, and her MBA from University of the Pacific (Stockton, CA), has an emphasis in organizational development. She has in-depth experience in systems design and change management garnered as the global transportation manager for Starbucks. She lead business requirements definition and implementation for major systems, and developed process reporting for divisional performance metrics and root cause analysis.

Heather is a Certified CRM Consultant. She stays ahead of the curve on products and new releases by regularly attending partner training.
