Will this replace my employees?
No. It stops your most experienced people from having to personally execute every step of what only they know. The goal is capacity. Your team does more of the work worth their time, while an AI employee they supervise carries the routine load.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays your data, inside your own Zoho environment. Each AI employee gets only the access its role requires, nothing more. We work under NDA, and your information is never used to train public AI models.
What if it makes a mistake, or sends something wrong to a customer?
It is built to know its boundaries and hand off rather than guess. Anything consequential going outside your business starts as a draft that a person approves. It earns more independence only when you decide it has. During the first 90 days, our team watches its work closely. After that, automated monitoring runs continuously, and anything unusual escalates to a real person. You see its performance in a monthly report and quarterly reviews.
What if the AI is down? Can we still operate?
Yes, by design. Your processes and systems keep working without the AI layer. The Knowledge Harvest documentation is the manual your team can run from. We add capacity. We never become your single point of failure.
What does it cost?
The Knowledge Harvest is $4,500 for your first department or process area. Additional departments are quoted the same way, and the total is fixed before you sign. Your first AI employee is $3,500 per month, starting when it deploys. Each additional AI employee is $2,650 per month. Building and training are included, with no separate setup or build fee.
What if it doesn't work out?
During the first 90 days, you can cancel at any time with nothing further owed. Corrections and retraining in that window are included at no additional charge. And the Knowledge Harvest documentation is yours to keep, no matter what.
What do we keep if we stop working with NWDDI?
Everything we documented: your processes, rules, exceptions, and judgment calls. It is a business asset you own unconditionally. The AI employee and its infrastructure are provided through NWDDI while the service is active. Plainly: you keep everything we documented, and we take back the employee.
Why wouldn't I just use Zoho's built-in AI, or a chatbot?
Tools wait for someone to use them. Someone still has to configure, watch, and fix them, and that someone is you. We don't sell you an AI tool. We take responsibility for an AI employee doing a job, trained on how your business actually works and monitored by our team.
What exactly is the Knowledge Harvest?
Structured interviews with the people who actually do the work. We capture the rules, exceptions, and judgment your experienced people use on the job, and turn that into documented, transferable process. It is the training foundation for your AI employee. On its own, it is the succession plan most businesses never get around to writing.
How long until it's working?
It depends on the role's complexity and the systems involved. We set the delivery timeline after the Knowledge Harvest, when we know what we're building. Useful output typically begins during the shadow phase. The AI employee drafts work, and your process owner reviews everything before it counts.
What kinds of work can an AI employee do?
Roles built from repetitive operational work: email triage, quote preparation, order entry, service intake, project and budget monitoring, follow-ups, due-date tracking, and keeping Zoho updated. If the work has rules and your experienced people can describe how it should be done, it may be a strong candidate.
Do we need to be on Zoho?
Yes. Momentum Scaling works inside Zoho, and that is where our AI employees do their jobs. If you are moving to Zoho, we can plan both together.
