ACT! Basics – Classroom Training

The ACT! Basics class was designed for anyone new to using ACT! and those who want to brush-up on their basic ACT! skills to enhance their overall business experience and achieve goals. Includes complete course materials including a spiral-bound book with exercises, quick-key cards, and everyday tips. Your book will become a great reference tool back at the office.

In ACT! Basics you'll learn how to:

• Create and manage contacts
• Use the calendar
• Share information with other users
• Create templates to save time with documents
• Use Activities to track and manage appointments, meetings and tasks
• Use Groups to communicate and follow up more efficiently
• Use Companies to quickly access important information about prospects and clients
• Use Opportunities to keep your pipeline full and turn more prospects into customers.
• And, learn the basic functions of the Opportunity List, Task List, and Dashboard.
  

Duration: 3 hours
Class size: maximum six participants to ensure personalized attention for each attendee.

In the ACT! Advanced Marketing and Data Mining class you will learn step-by-step how to use ACT! to fill your pipeline and fatten-up your bottom line. You'll see first hand how to do marketing that turns your prospects into customers and your current customers into better customers.

In ACT! Advanced Marketing and Data Mining you'll learn how to:
